Finsepa (we, us, our) provides web and iOS apps for market research and portfolio tracking. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data. Finsepa is not investment, tax, or legal advice.

1. Who this covers

Anyone who uses finsepa.com, app.finsepa.com, or the Finsepa iOS app.

2. Information we collect

Account and identity: email address; name; user ID; Sign in with Apple (we may receive a private relay email); Google sign-in; email one-time codes.

Profile: optional profile photo from your library or files.

Product data (needed to run the service): portfolios, holdings, transactions, cash, watchlists, search and recent searches, notification preferences, billing and plan status.

Device: push notification token (to send alerts you enable). Basic device and app information needed to operate and secure the service (for example session tokens).

Usage: actions in the product (such as features you use) so we can provide and improve Finsepa. We do not use this for third-party advertising or to track you across other companies apps or websites.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or microphone/camera (except an optional photo picker for your avatar).

We process data to perform the contract (provide the service), with your consent (for example push notifications or a profile photo), and for legitimate interests (security and product improvement) that do not override your rights.

iOS: we do not track you across other companies apps or websites for advertising. We do not use third-party ad SDKs.

Web: cookies or similar technology may be used for login/session, security, and product analytics. You can control cookies in your browser.

We keep account and product data while your account is open. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data except what we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (for example invoice history that is no longer linked to a live account).

8. Your rights and account deletion

You may access, correct, or delete your data.

Delete your account:

This permanently removes your Finsepa account, portfolios, watchlists, notifications, connected brokerages, and billing customer/subscription, as described in the product. You can also email hi@finsepa.com.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple for Finsepa in iOS Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple.

Finsepa is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, and secure sign-in). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The Last updated date will change. We may notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
